They updated our room to a king jacuzzi when they found out we wanted to use the hot tub. The hot tub was down for repairs. Besides the jacuzzi, the room was very spacious

My job has me on the road a lot, I stayed 191 nights in hotels in 2023, so I consider myself a bit of an expert on hotels.
The only thing this place has going for it is the waterpark for kids. The staff was unfriendly and appeared to have no concept of customer service. Numerous problems with the room, maintenance issues apparent everywhere in the hotel. We felt like cattle being herded at check-in, and they did not seem to care about anybody.
In my four trips to the front desk to have maintenance issues corrected in our room and also new batteries for the remote. I was left standing at the front desk, unsure if anybody was even working on addressing the issues we were having and the staff seem to be operating by the “finger pointing, blame placing style of management“ which leads to unhappy employees and unhappy guests. I will never stay here again. We spoke with numerous other families, while we were there that were equally disappointed and frustrated with their stay.

I wasn’t informed that the restaurant was closed until I had already made my reservations. So we ended up having to eat a meal elsewhere. We did not have a car so we had to call for a lift ride. So it was an extra expense. When we went to the bar to have a beer, the waiter completely ignored us while he helped Serve another patron who came in after we did, but pushed himself in front of us. Other than those two experiences, it was good based on location because we needed to fly out to St. Petersburg the following morning. And the shuttle wasn’t warmed up it was ice cold.

We were unable to shower in the morning due to burst water pipes. Complained to desk clerk on duty, was. We came to the hotel the night before a surgical procedure and needed to shower before it and was unable too. There were no cups in the room to make coffee the next am.

It was a quick stay, perfect for a 1 night stent. The pool area was great for my son. He enjoyed the slide, the pirate ship and i enjoyed the hot tub

Close to the airport. Coffee machine cost $3.50 for a coffee and didn’t work. When asked at the counter, they didn’t know how to fix it!

Was asked to leave hotel after midnight due to my teenager watching a kid jump into the pool after hours. My Teenager was just watching the situation. No warnings no very little information on why my family had to leave hotel over small situation which my kids wasn’t involved other than my teenager present when other kid not following rules. As a parent I was asked to pack my belongings kids and leave premises with little information given by security officer. Hotel manager was present but did not explain situation as to what happened and why we had to vacant already paid hotel. I will not recommend or ever book another room at this specific hotel again. Water drip from ceiling in bathroom near toilet.
