This B&B was exceptional. Very modern, clean, and well located. Parking is available. The walk to Isola di Ortegia was a 10-15 minute straight shot. The Basilica of the Madonna delle Lacrime is next door, but quite frankly, although interesting from the outside, it is not particularly interesting inside.

Warm welcome from our host. Our room was just off the breakfast room. Only window was into an internal courtyard but we don’t go on holiday to look out of the windows. Comfortable room, clean and well appointed. WiFi and Aircon worked well as did the fridge. I’m starting to get the impression though there are no English speaking channels on TV in Sicily! Breakfast was adequate and served in a bright airy room. Location not bad. Just 15 minutes walk to Ortigia Island and 10 minutes to the archaeological park. We had no problem parking right outside the B&B. Well worth checking this one out.

"We booked accommodation at B&B Siracusa. The accommodation rules stated that payment must be made in advance before arrival. I understand why because when you get there, you realize how nice the accommodation can look in photos, but the actual condition is a disaster: rooms are in the basement, only one has a window, and even that is broken and faces the street. Hmm... interesting - you practically sleep with direct access to the road 🥺. The other rooms are damp, they all smell of mold, and there are no windows... In short, this is harmful to your health. The owner doesn't even show up and forgets about the refund... In summary, be cautious and avoid this accommodation."

At first sight we was wondering what kind of place this was, because the neighborhood was a bit "crappy". When we came inside it looked good. The hostess was the sweetest serviceminded girl. Only minus was the room we had in the basement smelled slightly basement. The breakfast was ok. Overall it was value for money.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 4 notti alla fine di giugno, in due coppie di adulti, occupando due camere. Purtroppo le recensioni presenti on line si riferivano alla precedente gestione, terminata alla fine del 2023. Ci siamo chiesti come possano avere rilasciato l’abilità per delle stanze in uno scantinato privo di areazione. Appena entrati si respira odore di muffa, pur essendo le stanze pulite. Le stanze sono prive di armadio: è presente solo un gancio dove poter appendere qualcosa. Anche in bagno non ci sono spazi per appoggiare quanto necessario. La meravigliosa e abbondante colazione offerta dalla precedente gestione è solo un sogno. Ora vengono consegnati dei buoni da usare nel bar vicino alla struttura che preferisco non commentare. Dopo una giornata trascorsa visitando la meravigliosa Sicilia, desiderosi di rilassarsi un po’, il rientro in stanza era diventato un incubo.

Il B&b ha disatteso le nostre aspettative. Camera con un'unica apertura che dava su un piccolo pozzo di luce, odore di rinchiuso e un'umidità da non far respirare. Il B&b risulta su google maps e booking come definitivamente chiuso. Colazione minimale contrariamente a quanto scritto non in sede ma presso un bar. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo basso.

Il B&B non rispecchia ciò che viene descritto . Camera Buonconvento un'apertura su un pozzo di luce piccolo, con odore di rinchiuso ed umidità da non far respirare. Risulta su google maps e booking come chiuso definitamente! Colazione ridicola non in sede ma presso un bar . Rapporto qualità/ prezzo basso

Trovare un B&B così confortevole e curato non è affatto scontato! Ampia stanza luminosa con arredo particolare , dotata di ogni comfort ; letto molto comodo con doppio cuscino. Bagno completo di doccia spaziosa e prodotti cortesia . Un pò sacrificato l'angolo lavabo, ma nell'insieme la ristrutturazione è stata effettuata a dovere ! Di fronte alla struttura un ampio parcheggio pubblico gratuito. Il gestore è stato molto accogliente e gentile ; ha fornito le informazioni di cui necessitavamo oltre a preziosi suggerimenti utili per la nostra vacanza. Dalla struttura si può visitare comodamente Ortigia senza dover riprendere l'auto. La prima colazione è prevista nel bar situato a pochi passi. Forse quest'ultimo risulta essere l'unico aspetto migliorabile. Comunque, nel complesso, tutto ottimo, adeguato anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo!
