Unless absolutely necessary I would not recommend staying here. The room was very clearly not cleaned. We had to request a broom to sweep our own room. We also had to wipe the counter down to remove all the beard hair trimmings. There was hair in the shower drain, hair on the towels and sheets. Our feet were black from walking on the floor. The breakfast seems like it is going to be this amazing hot breakfast but they were out of everything advertised. Very little of anything else. If you just need a quick 1 night stop over and don't mind feeling dirty and having to wear shoes or socks in your room and probably don't need to shower then you would probably be ok. Staff did not offer any type of compensation and while the girl at the front was friendly, she was not very professional. Staff at check out was not professional and did not seem to care or seem surprised that I asked for the manager's information to request a refund. I would give a zero rating if able.

we were stranded after a last minute problem at our rental arrangement for the night. this hotel/staff was very helpful, friendly and went the extra mile for us throughout our stay, with various extras that were not required of them. we contacted some other hotels in the area, and most of them also told us that this is the nicest place in the area (price may be higher, but worth it). room was spacious (very nice bathroom), clean, easy to maneuver in hotel, good breakfast, and other amenities (ex: pool), and very close to gas and convenience store with both indian and asian take out (walking distance).

Initially we stayed one night during a long road trip, then spent another night on the return trip. Dog friendly budget option turned out to be surprisingly safe location to walk the dog around the block after dark. Dog area was small, very grassy, no visible poop and bags were available. Room and bath were dated and worn. A/C was quite loud in the room and had a weird control system. Typical continental breakfast offerings - yogurt, oranges not apples or bananas schwew, and pastries in plastic. Pretty much what we expected for this price point when traveling with a dog. But again, happy that the location seemed safer.
