Disgraceful and should not be offered
Different room than in the pictures,
No cleaning,
No real window because it's a converted ba*****t(!) and no daylight,
Curtains and rooms full of mites and months-old thick dust and dirt,
No fridge/minibar,
No soap or shampoo despite multiple requests.
Employees lie around in the hallway and curse loudly.
Employees sit outside the hotel room and listen to music loudly from their cell phones at 2 a.m. before I leave and gossip about hotel guests.
A simple youth hostel is run more professionally and cleaner than this establishment.

Excellent location , in the heart of Nisantasi district ( famous shopping and restaurant area) Clean and comfortable rooms Great management and considerate staff attitude located The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they even inform you of a good restaurant with reasonable prices They booked taxi for my way back to airport and made sure he is on time

I stayed for just 1 night,on arrived i was upgraded to a nicer room.
Everyone was very polite,especially Ahmed who help me with my luggages and made sure that i had all that i required during my very short stay.The area is perfect close to high end shopping, restaurants etc.Will certainly go back

Great location, good price, I arrived midnight, first they gave a bad room underground but when I claimed they gave me a room at floor 1 with a view to trees, it was very good stay and a great location and friendly staff was considerable.
