It's a very central hotel, it's an old hotel but the staff is very friendly and the beds are comfortable, correct, with TV, bathtub and refrigerator!

I stayed here for 5 nights in September. The hotel itself is well-located, the room is basic but adequate, but my experience was soured by poor handling of problems during my stay. I booked (and paid for) a room with a balcony, but the balcony door was broken from the evening on Saturday until Tuesday evening. This meant I couldn’t use the balcony for 3 out of my 5 days — the majority of my stay. While the door was eventually repaired, management refused to acknowledge this as a significant issue or offer any form of compensation. Adding to this, a local fiesta began at 6am outside the hotel one morning. While I appreciate Sitges is full of fiestas, a courtesy notice to guests would have been appropriate so we could plan accordingly. Other hotels I’ve stayed in manage this far better. Finally, correspondence with management after my stay was curt and dismissive (I was repeatedly addressed simply by surname, without even a basic “Mr”). This confirmed my impression of weak customer service. Overall: Sitges is wonderful, but this hotel needs to learn that good hospitality isn’t just about location — it’s about how you treat your guests when things go wrong.

Stayed here for 10 days from the 2nd August with my partner, Plus points, All staff we’re really nice and friendly. Rooms were big with two double beds. Air conditioning was really good. Rooms always cleaned well with fresh towels daily. Close to beach and everything around it. Cons, Rooms at front were noisy, Walls paper thin There was a built in wardrobe but no draws in the room. It’s only room only, would of been nice to have been able to have breakfast, as it looks like they used to do breakfast, there is a breakfast room. But for a budget hotel would I stay again, Yes Thanks Piccadilly.
