i got a warm welcome. the hotel is located just outside the town on walking distance from the town. hotel has a swimming pool and direct access to the beach and equipped with parasol and sunbeds. simple and clean room and bathroom and balcony. there is an insect door screen so the bugs can stay outside. breakfast buffet was fine, you can eat at the terrace. The hotel is decorated with jigsawpuzzles on the wall which are made on the spot at the reception by the older lady. very homy atmosphere

It was our second vacation at Maria's House and everything was perfect. Rooms were very nice, food delicious and we enjoyed a lot the beach and the swimming pool. Thanks and hope to be back in September!

Hotel located away from the state road, surrounded by a pine forest, very clean and well-kept. Thanassis who speaks Italian very well, his wife Maria and cousin Natasa made us feel at home and pampered. Clean and very large swimming pool with a maximum depth of 2.60 meters with a bar where it is possible to have drinks and food. At 100 meters. beach with private sunbeds. Cleaning service with daily change of towels and sheets every 2 days. Excellent breakfast with local products, possibility to have lunch and dinner. Do not miss the freshly cooked Moussaka in the terrine (delicious!!!)

Ons verblijf was ronduit fantastisch. Leuke en uiterst vriendelijke mensen (Natasa en Maria❤️), vlakbij het zandstrand, groot zwembad, lekker eten, goeie airco, goed onderhouden tuin met reuze vier-op-een-rij, ruime parking, uit de drukte maar op slechts 10 minuten van Nikiti Beach, ... We waren met 3 gezinnen (6 volwassenen en 7 tieners) en iedereen was lovend over ons verblijf. Chalkidiki is ook een heel mooie regio. Veel dank, we hadden een zalige vakantie!

Très bel accueil dans cet établissement confortable dont on apprécie particulièrement le calme: situation en dehors de l'agglomération et un peu éloignée de la route principale. Environnement très agréable: vaste piscine avec mobilier de bonne qualité, accès direct à la mer Egée avec petite plage privée équipée de parasol et lits. Vaste parking ombragé, terrain de jeux pour les plus jeunes. Possibilité de restauration sur place très appréciable avec rapport qualité prix satisfaisant. Chambre et salle de bain fonctionnelles, climatisation efficace mais insonorisation imparfaite avec les couloirs (portes bruyantes, forte sonorité). Petit déjeuner complet mais qui pourrait être amélioré avec quelques produits locaux supplémentaires (confitures maison, jus de fruits, offre plus large de fruits frais de saison) et café "expresso".
