Die Zimmer sahen gut aus Sauberkeit und Design war alles in Ordnung. Service und Frühstück waren ebenfalls absolut in Ordnung. Das Badezimmer hat aber eine Menge Mängel aufgewiesen: Es kam immer wieder vor das aus dem bad ein extremer Kanalisations Geruch kam bei dem es nicht zu zuordnen war wo genau der herkam… Bei jeder dusche lief wasser aus der Duschkabine das über die Fliesen unter der tür bis zum Teppich im Zimmer gewandert ist und der Teppich dadurch immer extrem nass war.

壁が薄すぎて、隣の部屋の人のイビキが聞こえる。星４を大々的に言っているが恐らく20年前のことじゃないだろうか？？
トイレも古く、勢いが弱すぎるため、肛門まで届かない、、等々
５０００円も払う価値はない。

Stayed here for one night with 2 motorcycles. The manager made space on the frontage to keep them out of harms way albeit security wasn’t an issue. Room was great, comfy bed, excellent restaurant and again the manager went out of his way to offer any assistance we may need as travellers. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

Good , I visited many other hotel in Sivas , But this one is better than others , the room is wide with good desk and good W.C
My only comment is that the breakfast is the same everyday, No variety

I needed wifi access all night due to my work, they guaranteed me that their wifi is very good therefore I hired two rooms. Wifi connects for a few minutes and goes dead, called reception at midnight, 1 am, 2 am, they reset their equipment but still no good. I ended up going down to lobby and connect to staff wifi where I spent all night as that was the only place wifi access was fair. The other facilities were OK, after spending two nights ( one night in the lobby), they refused to give me any discount for a room which I couldn’t use due to wifi issues. If you need wifi access, then stay away from this hotel! Don’t believe what they say about their wifi - they refuse to accept that they have a problem.

Hotel highly rated on booking sites. However very disappointing. WiFi did not work in the room despite protests to the contrary and attempts to fix. First morning breakfast was pretty much picked over, no more milk, no more bread and nobody anywhere to ask for replenishment. Room was very stuffy.

The manager Yalcin was very helpful. He assisted me when I had issues arranging taxis or ant language issues
All the staff are friendly and helpful. They order me a meal as my train was late and no shops were open.
There breakfast has a large selection and its very tasty.
Whenever I'm back in Sivas I will definitely stay in this hotel. The rooms are large and good value for money. 10/10.
