Although the hotel is a four-star hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean. The service was great. We met the hotel owner, who warmly entertained us with a Turkish meal.

Fantastic staff. Very helpful. The wash basin was clogged with dirt. Otherwise the room and bathroom were very clean. Nice breakfast buffet with a wide selection of items. Parking was easy and the interior design of the hotel looked quite upscale.

The room is great for a family. The kids their own room and we’re very comfortable. The staff were great especially Zeki. He was extremely helpful in guiding us around Sivas. The location is close to the city center and very convenient. We recommend it

Kusursuzdu herşey. Personelden konuma , kahvaltıdan odalara kadar herşey çol başarılıydı. Fiyatı da çok uygundu

Otel Merkezi Konumda. Personelle Fazla Muhattap olmadığım için persenol hakkında bişey diyemiyem. Ama Otel Temizlik ve Konfor açısında iyiydi. İşim sivas'a düşünce tekrar kalmayı düşünebilirim.
