Atour Hotel

This is the worst Atour hotel I have ever stayed in. 1. The elevator room is shared with other businesses and is extremely dirty. I forgot to take pictures; 2. The front desk's professional skills can indeed be improved; 5. Sorry for the price of 600 yuan/day on October 2 and 500 yuan/day on the 3rd.

There are many cracks and damage on the floor of the house; the air conditioner makes abnormal noises; the air conditioning and heating wind speed adjustment gears are basically all high wind speeds, and it is difficult to lower the wind speed, and the sound is very loud, which affects rest; the parking spaces are crowded, pitch black, and no one is there Management, many vehicles occupy two parking spaces per car.

Nice environment and good service

When I went to Siyang for the first time on a business trip, my colleague recommended Atour Hotel, so I decided to make it my “stay” here. After booking the hotel, the lady at the front desk called me to tell me the location of the hotel and reminded me that there was a big temperature difference between morning and night so that I could be prepared. I have to say that the small details were heart-warming. When I checked in at the hotel in the afternoon, because I had a lot of luggage, the lady at the front desk took the initiative to greet me and helped me move my luggage. I had a stomachache in the evening, so I ordered medicine on the takeout platform, and the lady at the front desk helped me deliver the food. Maybe you can see my discomfort and ask if I need help? I said it doesn't matter. I have a stomachache, just take some medicine and it will be fine. Not long after I finished speaking, the lady at the front desk brought a bowl of warm porridge and knocked on my door. When I opened the door and saw this scene, I was very moved. It was not the porridge that moved me, but the slightest discomfort. Being taken seriously, my stomach felt warm after drinking this warm porridge. When checking out the next day, the lady at the front desk also gave me a bottle of mineral water. Very considerate, a short but pleasant stay ended like this, I decided to choose Atour for future business trips. Not only is the environment good, but I also experienced the meticulous service provided by the ladies at Atour. In the future, I will definitely choose Atour when traveling to Siyang on business...

Environmental services are very good

The hotel door is not a revolving door. You need to push it yourself. One of the side doors cannot be opened. The washstand in the hotel room sprays water directly on your body when you open it. The shower head is old-fashioned and the shower head cannot be fixed. It is dangling. It takes half a day to adjust the angle. The water spray from the shower is not dense and the experience is very poor. It is better to pay more and live in Kaiyuan. It is completely different from Atour in other cities.
