I haven't seen such bad attitude in 10 years anywhere else on Agistri. The ladies at reception are thick as planks. I've heard other guests complaining that they won't help with any information about the island. The restaurant staff is very unfriendly. The price they charge for a bottle of water (EUR 2.20) is illegal in Greece. They also poisoned a group of guests with their French fries that weren't fresh. Good their attitude made me eat somewhere else for 3 weeks. They won't help with luggage to and from the port, even though they promised in writing to do so. Every other hotel on the island does that, especially if you are a good guest who buys extras and stays for 3 weeks. They were supposed to take the payment for the room on-site, according to my booking. Instead, they took it 2 weeks early. No problem for me, but could be a problem for others, depending. It's not right either way. The good things were the excellent breakfast (Werner, the German guy in the breakfast area, makes sure things run smoothly and is very friendly and helpful), cleanliness, and the spa area (massages were great). I'm not coming back to this hotel, or only for massages if I'm back on Agistri.
