The Grand Hotel

The room was Cold we found a bird come into our room

Couldn't turn down the shower so was stuck on 38.c. Every time I need reception there was no one answering

All ok

Far too noisy,I was woken up constantly by people in other rooms all through both nights I stayed,which isn't ideal when your there for work and not a night on the drink.

My dad had a room which for some reason the window was nailed closed considering it was a hot day it was very unpleasant for him to stay him

Limited parking gd location no gd for disabled people staff was helpful key safe out side brill. Room cleanish Fore a couple of days brill a week no gd

Room was filthy no staff crack in the sink shower didn't work properly and skirting boards had mould didn't go right with my husband asthma can I have a feed back on the property please

It was so bad that my stay of three nights I had to cut short after the first night.People screaming all night Dogs barking all night. No hot water .Main door left unlocked Nobody on reception after the last person booked in and the lady who was there when I arrived seemed very under the weather. I was too scared too stay there alone with my daughter. Black bags of rubbish left lying all 9ver the place. Verandah filthy and full of cigarette stubs so was unusable. Waste of money and I will be reporting them to trading standards and *******

Pet friendly Staff were polite and helpful Unfortunately no heating in our room but other rooms had heating ( this is being sorted) Managed to get parking for all of my stay Everything you need is walking distance from hotel
