Stunning with fantastic staff Fantastic hotel and the room was amazing. Francis couldn’t have been more helpful. We had Sunday lunch there which is a must when in the area and fish n chips on the night were amazing 10/10 brilliant

Staff were extremely kind and helpful, the pool area was clean but really not happy with how the rooms are maintained one of our curtains came off the hook and was hanging uneven, the cleaning staff serviced the rooms 2 times but still left it unfixed. The carpets weren’t hoovered when we returned to our room in the evening it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. I had to specify everything at the reception and then they got it done for us. Also, the pool access timings are very limited which was not mentioned on the website when I was booking the hotel. The terms and conditions mentioned on the ******* website are quite different to the hotels terms and conditions. It was very confusing.

Lovely friendly staff, receptionist very helpful. Beautiful grounds and the spa and pool were lovely, we didn’t have any treatments but enjoyed the use of the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, a relaxing experience all round, the restaurant was nice the service was a little slow but they all worked really hard as it was busy. The breakfast was lovely a massive range of choice. Everywhere was kept really clean. 2 of the young men working in the restaurant and bar were exceptional with manners and service.

Amazing hotel and facilities, staff to match too Checked in slightly early and was no problem. I was also told I could use the pool faculties and so glad I did, beautiful pool and relaxing beds to read a book or chill afterwards. Bedroom very spacious and so quiet, this to me is very important as started work early the following day. Couldn’t make breakfast as left at 5am so they really kindly offered me a packed lunch, I stay away most weeks and have never been offered this before. Will certainly be a regular now on my business trips in South Wales

Booked a twin room for 2 adult's and 2 kids. On arrival i expected more beds on the room( how other hotel do it). But only 2 large singles to sleep all 4. So i had to ask for more beds. Which they did find. But surely if a room is booked for 4 ....2 small beds wldnt b big enough.
