This is the worst hotel ever
I stayed 2 days in this January 2024 there was no hot water I asked at reception to change the room on first day and my request was ignored .I had to shower with cold water. It was freezing and there is no towels supplied and the phone was out of service and also the shower door is broken 😕.
I'll never give to this hotel even 1star
This kind of hotel its totally uncomfortable
IT was insulting and disgusting I never stayed in a hotel like this in my whole life .
Also first thing in the morning even on Saturday morning there was drilling on top of my head no consideration whatsoever for residents.It was worth a penny.

The shower is not working before I went bed, so after my day of traveling on flight I couldn’t have shower before sleep, that was very disappointing! I complaint to reception their attitude is not pleasant rather than rude, wouldn’t recommend!

STEALING MONEY
while i've been outside, the maid stole 150 euros from my suitecase which i left open in the room. I would never expect that in 4* hotel would happen something like this. The management refused to do anything, saying that all my things i must keep in the safe, couldnt tell me though how to deal with my laptop then, which obviously that safe cant fit. Keep away from this place, if you dont want to be ripped off any minute

Only paid £170 for 7 nights for an economy room but there is no where on the website, theirs or trip.com telling you they are in the middle of refurbishing. This meant no hot tub or indoor pool available and loud drilling noises at 8.30 on the Sunday morning for at least an hour until we went out.
Though our room was economy I still expect it to be serviceable but the shower door was missing making the floor very wet and dangerous. We asked to be moved but we're told just to put plenty of towels down. This is meant to be a 4 star hotel????
The TV was not working on arrival and took 2 days to get fixed and one door of wardrobe was hanging off with 2 of the 4 hinges ripped out.
Overall was a disappointing stay. Had we known it was being refurbished before we booked we would have found an alternative. A bit of transparency needed.

Location is great, breakfast was decent, pool upstairs looked to be in pretty good shape. Overall, good for money and would stay again.
Unfortunately, the TV’s had power cords rated for other countries outlets, so the TV’s didn’t work at all;(

Pros: Great location, close to the rocky beach, ferries to Valetta, bus stops, supermarkets, many restaurants and bars. It was the cheapest options in the area at the time of my visit.
Cons: the upstairs amenities are not well taken care of, the pool and jacuzzi are not very clean, the indoor pool was closed. No hot water in the shower. The breakfast offers a lot of different options which is great (fruit, cereals, English breakfast, cold cuts, vegetables, muffins, etc.) but they are of very poor quality.

One lamp was always on.. But in general was a nice room, I can't complain so much.
