The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I needed ice, and the front desk readily provided two bags! It's also conveniently located just a few miles from Windsor Castle, making it easy to drive to. They have their own parking, which you can pay for at the front desk.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The facilities were well-maintained, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall service was of a very high standard. She ensured that our check-in process was seamless and efficient, addressing everything with a warm and courteous approach. Been here a couple of times, staff is quite blunt but still come back coz it has an underground carpark which is convenient. Hotel is a bit worn and old but that’s common in the UK. Personally prefer holiday inn but was full when I booked.
