The receptionist failed three times to check us into the correct room. Each time we had to go back downstairs to get a new key card. My wife and I hadn’t even managed to settle in yet, and a cleaner named Zhanna was already shouting, telling us to get kicked out of the hotel ))) This is some kind of deep Soviet-style mentality — I don’t even know how else to describe it. I was only passing through Dubai, literally for 6 hours between flights. I will never stay in this dump again. Cleaners like this, behaving completely inappropriately, should be fired. I’ve never encountered anything like this in any hotel anywhere in the world. You have some real lunatics working there. Девочка Администратор 3 раза не могла заселить нас в нужный номер. 3 раза приходилось спускаться за новой карточкой. Мы с супругой еще не успели заселиться а нас уже кричала уборщиа по именни Жанна, чтобы нас гнали в шею из отеля ))) Дремучий совок. даже не знаю как это назвать. Был пролетом в Дубаи, буквально на 6 часов между рейсами. Больше не остановлюсь в этой дыре. таких уборщиц неадекватных нужно убирать. Не сталкивался с таким еще не в одном отеле мира. У вас Работают какие то отморозки.
