Holiday Inn Express & Suites SMITHFIELD - PROVIDENCE by IHG

I felt safe and place was immaculate. I did not have a chance to try breakfast. Night staff was wonderful (young gentleman) who helped me feel safe by giving me a room on first floor close to the front desk, so I felt comfortable being alone.

Our first room smelt horrible like they had sprayed air freshener to cover up the smell of death

I didn’t enjoy this location. The room had a moldy stench and I found the staff to be rude.

I booked a room at this hotel and ended up picking the wrong date tried to call to change the dates because I needed it for that night. Didn't receive a call back from either ******* nor the hotel. So I had to eat the deposit because I was trying to change it

The entire hotel was spotless. A bit dated, but we did not care. Spacious, clean, well-appointed, friendly service- Imean absolutely lovely staff! So kind and helpful. Breakfast was better than most- toms of options for my picky kids!

The room was clean but the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. We also had an awful smell coming from the refrigerator, smelled like rotten food or something. This is no fault of the hotel but there was a man and a woman arguing in the hallway at like 5am which woke me up, not very pleasant when I spent money for a night away to relax.
