Reviews of Sheraton Suites Galleria-Atlanta

Upon arriving at hotel my reservation was not found. This was disappointing to me and my family. Since the hotel didn’t have other rooms available we had to leave. I will not be making reservations with Trip.com again and I’m still waiting to be refunded.

We will be back. Friendly staff, great food and drinks. Nice atmosphere!

Entire hotel just underwent an entire renovation. Updated, clean, spacious, reasonably priced, free breakfast and just a short 5 min drive or 20 min walk to The Battery/Truist Park. Only complaint would be the bathtub. Apparently they did not replace the tub with the renovation and it had big pieces knocked off in various places which made it look old and dirty. Would def stay here again if wanting a reasonably priced room for a Braves game

They are all very good, but the floor is too thin, and the noise from the upper floors is very obvious

This suite is nice.

床鋪與沙發是有間隔的，套房。沙發底下可以拉出一張小床，有一套備用毯子。 環境：旁邊就有COSTCO、餐館，方便。 設施：有小冰箱、微波爐。沒有保密櫃。十七八層樓的大酒店，大堂也很大。 服務：美式早餐，中規中矩，人多的時候添得不夠及時。
