Wonderful living quarters with a full kitchen. An ‘on demand’ shuttle service which is exceptional in its service and a grocery store close by. The condos are clean and serviced every 3 days. Best of all, Ski In & Ski Out! This is our second time here.

Upon the check in, the staff was not friendly. Not rude, but just not friendly. Like they were just over it and couldn’t care less about you. The “lobby” is small and uninviting. We booked a 2 bedroom deluxe and were led astray by pictures online. The condo is musty, smells like a nursing home, and needs updating desperately. The bed is SO uncomfortable and super squeaky. Worst mattress we’ve experienced at a Hyatt, honestly Hyatt place is leaps and bounds better. The pillows on the couches are so tattered and worn; can’t even use them because so many feathers are coming out. The only plus is that it’s clean like Hyatt’s standard but that’s about it. Honestly, Hyatt should be embarrassed to have their name attached to this place.

We love the location and amenities at the Top of the Village mostly the ski and ski out access to the amazing Snowmass mountain have been coming for years and will continue to return. Units are for beautiful views Fireplace grill and great pools and hot tubs Exercise and recreational facility and a helpful front desk

Top of The Village is a wonderful place that our family loves because it’s right on the ski mountain near the Village where there is shopping, dining and ski rentals. There are hiking trails right out your door and covered parking too. The condo kitchens are well equipped to do your own cooking, complete with a grill on your own patio. The condos vary in decor but so many options you can choose from to meet your family’s needs. There are hot tubs and a pool on the property with lots of games to play that you can check out at the front desk. The employees are friendly and if there are any needs they are quick to accommodate. There is a free shuttle available at your beck and call that will take you to the village or the base of the mountain. We just completed our 7th vacation at this resort and we can’t wait for next year!!!!

DO THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT RENTERS? Not helpful with late arrival. repeated parking assignment failures - with no one to reach when had trouble. Nice place and facilities but very poor renter service. if you go, make sure to arrive during day at the least.

We were in one of the Premier units. We really enjoyed our stay at the Top of the Village. The place was spotlessly clean, and was in good working order (a few minor issues like one blind that was broken, and the water filter light on the fridge was on, but everything else worked fine). In general, everything was ship-shape. One thing we really liked - the place was really clean. The unit was clean and without fake "air freshener" scents. My wife is allergic to these chemical scents so it is so nice to find a place that actually CLEANS instead of masks. Yeah! The staff was also super friendly and helpful - from check-in onwards. Views from our unit were great - looking out at Aspens and the ski runs, but of course that will depend on your unit. We would definitely stay here again. We have stayed in Snowmass a few times, and this was by far the best place we have found.

Quiet and relaxing stay at Top of the Village. We appreciated being able to do laundry & cook after traveling, to unwind in the condo & hot tub after hiking and a beautiful location to visit in the fall. It was fairly close to what we wanted to do (visit Aspen & Maroon Bells) and a good value for our needs. We loved the views from both the condo and the hot tub into the amazing aspen grove & mountains beyond.

We had ANOTHER wonderful stay again this fall at the Top of the Villages. I have been coming to Colorado the last 18 years in early October for the changing of the leaves and over the last few years I discovered Top of the Villages and simply love it. This place is a wonderful Colorado experience with indoor rustic appeal and beautiful outdoor views. The units are fully equipped in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms that all have comfy beds and pillows. It also has a stackable washer & dryer in closet if you need to do a bit of laundry which is great! The gas outdoor grill is fabulous for cooking steaks or chicken which we did a few times. Also the staff at the front desk was awesome with any needs or questions we had = Haley & Lisa so a BIG shout-out to them for great service!! So next time you are in Snowmass book this wonderful place and I guarantee you WON'T be disappointed.

The unit was very outdated, mush beds, extremely dark, old carpet, brown ceilings and to top it all off - a quilited bedspread for a blanket in the master - it was like this was done in the 90s and nothing has been changed since. We would not recommend this to anyone looking for a Hyatt quality accomodation.
