We decided to take an extra couple of days on our drive back from Spokane and I found this place on the internet. It was slightly hard to tell what we were getting into, but I couldn't resist the listing of 5 hot tubs and in in room jacuzzi with local lake mineral water. What we wound up with was a huge cabin with a good size bed, a couch and a fridge and microwave. These aren't little rickety things. These are huge cabins with large logs and a very PNW vibe. The grounds are beautiful, with multiple sitting areas and the five hot tubs as mentioned. There are also grills available as well as RV parking. The only real drawback that for food there isn't much in the town. There's a decent Mexican Restaurant and a Tavern nearby. There is a Brazillian/Italian downtown but it closed early and I didn't get to try it. There's also a very nice grocery store nearby. My wife was sick on the second day of the trip and she was very comfortable in the big bed.

We spent one night and it was great! The room and hallways were clean and fresh. Great queen bed and silky sheets. The tub has a knob that delivers lake water (Soap Lake is full of healthy minerals). The shower knob delivers city water. The TV was impossible for us geezers to operate - it is all streaming from various Roku channels. Breakfast in the morning was served across the street in a restaurant - beautiful tables - and a good variety of food and drink. We'll stay here again!

Our room (#30) was very outdated. The a/c was loud. The window didn't open. The internet was worthless. Loose coffee was the wrong kind for the percolator -needed a filter. Ice was a long way away. Breakfast was mediocre. Generally not worth the price we paid even though we supposedly got a room upgrade.

Booked this two months in advance. Had to cancel one month in advance due to necessary surgery. They said in fine print no cancellations so no refund and we had to pay for not staying there. If they act this way, I cannot imagine what else this management and stay would be like. We have stayed at numerous wonderful resorts that have all been great; however, this place does not treat their customers well. It is rare I post a bad review because we truly have had amazing experiences travelling. This one takes the cake!

We were here 4 days and 3 nights. The room was clean and it was the most comfortable king size bed we've slept in. Everyone we met of the staff were nice and friendly. The workout room has the best equipment, all in great shape and high quality. You can use free weights, treadmills, elipticals, rowing machines, universal gym, and more. The breakfast isn't the main draw, but it had good stuff for us to eat and fuel our relaxing stay. We plan to return, and maybe rent a cabin or cottage so we can bring more family members. Book through their website and they can give you better service.

I would suggest that you not stay at this overpriced motel they are a motel 6 that calls there self a resort everything is out dated and the staff is rude they took over the campground that the city owns on a lease and had the worst stay at that park I had ever had the sewer was full at our space and running on the ground right next to the lake that people swim in I walked over to the lodge to let Melinda know that there was serious problems at the RV park she said she would send someone right over who proceeded to pour something in the system we left Melinda never once asked how our RV was and if everyone was ok no she never asked anything I am very disappointed in the way the manager of a resort handled this issue and the campground price of 50.00 dollars a night is totally way to much for a older RV park with a run down shower bathroom house. She was not at all concerned about there being septic all over the ground totally unprofessional and not caring about the campers who where at the RV park I will not be going to the resort or the campground due to the employees and the price is way to high for the old run down rooms and the same for the campground had many memories at both places and sad to say I will go to the city park that is free and enjoy the lake and stay with the Coulee City Park RV park for 30.00 a night that has updated shower bathroom house and really polite workers I hope the city takes back over the campground I feel Melinda should have shown some concern about this and knowing this charged double the price it used to be they really need some customer service classes there manner is concerning 😟 it's all about the money from my understanding the owner of this resort Kevin Wen lives in Seattle and this resort has had all kinds of problems with not only the quests but the employees as well I can totally see why

Upon arrival the lobby was full of guest still waiting for their rooms they were two very disorganized people at the front giving out keys also yelling at each other about whether a room was clean. My husband and I drove many many hours to come to the spa because of the two saunas hey thinking if worse comes to worse once on it might be broken as most store in hotels but there will be another one. Of course, I was wrong . Unfortunately, we were told that both saunas were out of order and when we asked we were very rudely told they don’t know why but they are they should’ve been included in what we get for a room is the reason that we booked the room. No apologies were made actually we were made to feel like we were in the wrong for asking it was just a completely unprofessional experience. The room is mediocre and very small as I understood most of the rooms had their own spa bath I’m not saying that in this room of heavenly of Lysol and with such confusion as to what rooms are clean I am uncomfortable with the cleanliness. We drove by for hours to come here and now we just want to go home. So save yourself the trouble

Lovely resort. It's nice that there is a separate beach area for resort guests. There was an inflatable jumping castle for kids which I'm sure is a hit. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. QUIET as well. I had a great sleep in the king size bed in our room. We attended the Gorge for a concert and didn't find the drive long at all it was about 45 minutes. Excellent place to stay if you're planning to attend a concert. The breakfast provided was a nice touch as well. Most hotels in Canada no longer do this so it's always a treat when we stay at hotels down in the USA. The hotel staff were friendly as well.
