Room is a bit old style. TV is small. Shuttle to airport not on time for my reserved time (Waited 30+ min), but not sure if this is common. Breakfast is great (considering the grade of the hotel - a variety of hot options). Great view of city and parking lot in room. Friendly staff.

The hotel is not worth your money as it's rooms are very poor, beds were a piece of wood with a piece of foam on top. I couldn't sleep all night long. The room is tiny bearly your could walk. not going to book it again.

We stayed here because our flight arrived late night and shuttle bus came to the sofia airport after calling the hotel. We prefer to get the shuttle bus without calling (ex. it's better if we can call the bus by app or text etc). However, the driver and all staff were really nice and friendly. Our train was very early morning so we asked the hotel to prepare our breakfast and it was really good! Thank you. Our room didn't have bathroom rug.

Well if you like arriving at 2am after travelling for 14 hours and then the hotel cannot find a room with any hot water, then this is the hotel for you. Not the reception guys fault he tried his best, but an airport hotel with no hot water? Never, never again! Also the room (4th one I got changed to) had the A/C stuck on cold. Freezing shower followed by a freezing room with no blankets or duvets in sight. Checked out at first light. And this is an Ibis part of the Accor group?

The hotel has great amenities, free breakfast, and comfortable beds. It has the best location and free transfer to the terminals.

Pick up and return to airport was efficient, breakfast was good. Condition of shower room could have been better, there was a lot of mold in the shower cabinet and there was flossing thread lying on the toilet seat from the last visitor.

Missed the connection and had to book a hotel near the airport. This Ibis is fine for the night on a stopover but not much to do around. Still ended up going to town to eat and have a look around so would have been just as easy, and a bit cheaper, if I would have picked a city hotel. The room was two single beds and nothing much else included, reasonably clean but still expensive bearing in mind it is Bulgaria. Fine for late arrival and short stay if booked early.

There is a free shuttle bus service to the airport, so of you want a problem free trip to the airport this is the place to be. Only recommend this place if you have to fly tomorrow! If you wanna spend time in sofia, please stay in the city!
