The room is extremely small and the cleanliness is appalling. The TV cabinet was covered in dust, and it felt like no one had lived there for a long time. Avoid this place at all costs!

The room was average cleanliness. The cleaning staff didn't check thoroughly, leaving the previous occupant's used towel hanging behind the door. The kettle wasn't emptied either. However, the front desk staff and the room itself were excellent. The cathedral is within a 5-minute walk. A boutique coffee shop and a DM are a 3-minute walk away. A taxi to the airport is 20 levies. I'd stay there again on my next business trip. I hope the cleanliness can be improved.

The hotel was nice, but there was no hot water at night, so I couldn't shower. I told the receptionist in the morning that there was no hot water, and they fixed it.
