Perfect room with perfect view. Excellent location. It was very nice to get upgrade and free breakfast. Parking is not cheap $22 per day

The hotel has a great location in the centre of the city and is great for tourism. Great food in the restaurant for breakfast and throughout the day. Staff in the restaurant and hotel were friendly and helpful. Nice stay for six nights.

Location was very good, esp close to the St Alexander Nevsky Cathedral where is the main tour operator gathering points is. The room and the breakfast buffet was great

Top hotel. In my opinion best in Sofia. Fine dining near hotel, friendly place and top concierges. A shout out to Nikolai nedyalkov who found me a barber at 7.30 pm as I was really short on time and too busy. Thanks. My fav stay at Sofia

Extremely well located hotel, which is very quiet despite its central location. Breakfast buffet is very good, reception staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

The service was very good, and we upgraded to a mountain view king room. The view was very good, you can see the mountain and the sunset. The sun was very bright, the bedding was very comfortable for sleeping. All in all, it was a very good accommodation experience.
