Very good please business wise. Was close to the metro and train stations. The hotel is ok. Breakfast was fine as well.

Ten days ago I stayed there was nice So I prefer to stay again. This time better than before. The room and bed was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is good location walk to everywhere also is quite and peacful. The hotel staff is good, kind and helpful. Thanks again!

Very good hotel and their staff very kinds

Great location for travelling, 10 minute walk to Central Bus & train stations. Just off the main street so quiet. 3minute walk to the subway, where you can go 5 stops to the end of the line and take bus 66 up through the pine forest of the Vitoska mountain & ski lifts. We had a double room with a small balcony that was fine. Just asked reception & got a kettle & coffee,& sugar. The bathroom has been refitted with new towels & was spotless. The room carpet is probably next for changing It seems the cleaners used too much insecticide which left a lingering smell. The breakfast was 3 minutes walk to a sister hotel. There was a good choice of cereals, fruit, breads, cakes cold cuts etc It's not luxurious but great for a couple for 3 mights

Multi storey hotel close to the main railway station. Plenty of English spoken. Breakfast in near by hotel.

convenient location being 10 min walk from bus station and a quick 5min walk from the metro. round the corner is a trip advisor recommended restaurant for traditional meals. across the river is the open air market. Street is a bit dark so try not to arrive late. there are several hotels in the area.

Stay was excellent, staff Diana and Victoria are a gem and asset to the hotel. Will recommend to everyone staying here

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights on our way to Romania Pros- the hotel is in a great location. Quiet leafy street, 500 meters to main bus and train terminal, approx 20 min walk to Vitosha boulevard - the room itself is quite nice, the TV has English channels, the balcony was an unexpected plus - the breakfast provided is adequate, though you need to go to an adjacent hotel - the staff were friendly and did their best to help Cons- the bed was not made up, they provided a single bed sheet for a queen sized bed. There was only one glass for 2 people. The quilt in the cupboard was filthy, it had no cover and we couldn’t use it - the mattress has no protector and is too soft. It might suit some but it is too soft for a hotel mattress - I tried to call reception to ask them for another sheet, a clean quilt and a glass. No one answered the phone. (I was told the next day that the phone is broken ). I went downstairs to find someone but no one was there or answered the bell on the desk. The next day I was told that the receptionist had to cover two hotels so is not always there . Please take note if you are arriving late to the hotel-there May be non one to check you in They are also very strict on check in times. If you want an earlier check in time than 2 pm you need to pay for it Overall the hotel is decent. If there had have been someone at reception all the issues would have been quickly resolved The main complaint is the cleaning and maintenance of rooms
