worst hotel ever stayed Poor breakfast .every day 2-3 same items. poor communication don t worth to stay there. no activities in the hotel,no lobby service .They don t serve any other meal expect breakfast. Staff without uniform with short trousers in the reception

This Hotel is a place where I have been going for almost 7 years until now, and it never occurred to me to write a review about it. I believe that this is so because I really feel the hotel as my own home! However, it is, the Hotel is just perfect! It is situated on the Ring Road of Sofia, very accessible to all the malls which are nearby if you are travelling by car. The spa is currently not working due to COVID 19 precautions measures, but I remember before the pandemic the spa (pool, jacuzzi, massage….) was one of the highlights of my stays at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, very clean and modern. There are two wings, i.e. A – old wing and B – new wing. In the second the rooms are bigger while in both wings they are perfectly equipped. The breakfast is amazing, on top of the hotel (8th floor) with a great view of Vitosha Mountain and it is buffet. The food, at least for me is the best that I have ever tried in hotel accommodations. The coffee is good quality, too. The hotel has private parking (garage) and parking outside which is good and safe as well. The surroundings are peaceful, even though the hotel is situated near the Ring Road. The overnights and sleeping there are relaxing and great charger of my batteries. The staff is kind and helpful and even the managers are very kind. I definitely recommend this place to all of you!

Cold welcome, rooms at 30 degrees and not very clean with hair in the shower. I had booked massages in the hotel spa and when we showed up for our appointment we were told "it is not possible to do the massage" and this without any explanation. Not even a look in the eyes or an apology. Unheard of

English: Reading the other reviews I didn't have great expectations, yet I was more than satisfied with the structure. It is a modern building that includes, in addition to the hotel, a clinic. The staff was very kind (they even provided us with breakfast on the last day, since we were leaving very early in the morning). Most of the rooms include access to the comfortable and clean spa. The breakfast is plentiful and very varied (even whole honey in the comb!), the banitsa (sweet and savory) is highly recommended. The free parking, in a private garage, is very convenient (the garage opens with the room key); it goes without saying that this is a structure, also considering the peripheral location (but a stone's throw from the Boyana church), suitable almost exclusively for those who have a vehicle. Negative aspects: - One of the hydromassage seats in the pool was partially damaged and at risk of cuts. - In one of the rooms we were given (3006 and 3007) the complimentary slippers were missing. - The refrigerator turns off when the room key is taken away, so you can't leave anything cold. - In one of the two rooms we couldn't regulate the temperature. - The mattresses need to be revised, in several of them the springs moved a bit too much.

Thank you to the hotel for checking in at 2 am without any problems, giving you a place in the underground parking, giving you a discount, the guy at the reception was very friendly, but the rooms are very dirty, the floors are stained and have holes from cigarettes. There are also ants in the room. Maybe, of course, we were given such a number because we are with a dog - but to be honest, it’s not pleasant. Breakfast for 3 - but the coffee is divine. The spa and pool are also provided free of charge, but we didn’t go there
