Reviews of Quality Hotel Sogndal

I arrived and they disputed my payment and were negative re Trip.com. After a while they conceded I paid. Got to my room and the one duvet was filthy and the bath plug was blocked up with dirt. Also no basics like shampoo and a kettle for tea and coffee. So their name, Quality, is definitely wrong. On the positive side was the food and the gym.

The hotel's location is decent, but the facilities are old, especially the bathroom, which is very basic. There are no charging sockets by the bed; the sockets are under the window and under the table, so you have to squat down to plug them in, which is very inconvenient.
