Lotte Resort Sokcho Reviews

Lotte Resort has the best ocean view sitting on the edge of a cliff on the coast. Located centrally in sokcho, it offers the dining options of town and also the outdoor hiking of Seoraksan just 20 mins drive away. Resort had lots of in house facilities, water park, 7-11 at basement floor. Truly exceeded expectations.

It was a last minute reservation we have made to enjoy our national holiday and it surely was a great decision! The location of this resort is in prime spot right next to the Dae-po dock where for the seafood lovers you are in for a delight of fresh and cost efficient sashimi and steamed crabs. Not only that, the resort itself was very resourceful for the families who bring their youngs - massive indoor playground - arcade for the little gamers - quiet family friendly walk way into the shorelines - indoor water park (Stopping here because my fingers hurt trying to write everything down!) Lastly, the rooms were cleaned at exceptional quality with the ocean view. Definitely coming back here next year!

The room is spacious, the location is good, and the view outside is good. The bed and bedding do not seem to be of the highest quality. Some places do not have frequent dining, some are only open on weekends, and most close early. The 11 o'clock check-out is not good, and the late check-in is not good. However, there are not many benefits, and the Shilla Group has a much better system and restaurant management. I think it is Lotte's chronic disease. If you only look at the view, it is recommended, but if you want service that matches the level, it is not recommended.

It was a great environment and service for a family trip. The food around there was also great~^ I would like to visit again.

Even though it is a resort where many children visit, it is better than expected, so it seems like it would be good for people who prefer a no-kids zone.

It was supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but the cleanliness was so bad It was so disappointing There were hairs here and thereㅡㅡ Of course I can tolerate one or two, but I really hated it when there were more than that. I wanted to change rooms, but I asked for a high floor on purpose, so I got one I had to sleep in tears, I was satisfied with the view.

This is my second time here, and the facilities are really good, and the rooms are clean~ All rooms have ocean views, so the best thing is that you don't have to worry about the room^^ I had a great trip.

All rooms had ocean views, so it was great... But the staff's friendliness seemed far less than that of a 5-star hotel, and there were places where the room sheets were peeling off... It seemed like it needed to be fixed.
