We arrived early at the hotel and we were hoping to be able to leave our luggage in a luggage room . When we got there , there was no staff on the Reception desk as the hotel operates a non face to face check in . This is fine but we do not speak or read Korean and we were unsure what we had to do . Eventually after two hours we managed to check in using Kakeo talk . Very frustrating to have wasted that time . It was also confusing because our room was not actually in the hotel but next door in the hotel across the road .
The room it self was brilliant . Very clean and spacious Lovely bathroom with enclosed shower . Tv , fridge and washing machine .
The hotel was across the road from the beach so that was brilliant . It seemed a long way from the main part of the beach and any restaurants where we could eat ..

Good location at Sokcho beach road. Just 5-10 min walk from Express bus terminal. There is 7-eleven store nearby.
Front desk is on GF at Building B. Quite hard to find as there is no Eng signage
We booked triple room, but found that room was quite small for three people. Not much space for 2-3 large luggages.
Overall stay was very nice. Room was clean and well-equipped. Wifi, Netflix and Youtube were also strong connection

I would love to be in the hotel, this is not my first time staying in the hotel. I have been staying at the hotel several times. I love it.
But one thing I want to say is..,
The front desk people are not friendly at all. No greeting, no manners, stone face etc, I think they have a long way to go to accomplish their goals for service improvements. But I still like the hotel, not the people.

I'm doing a hotel tour these days.
It was a place I chose on the way back after leaving.
I have helped at a nearby hotel.
The facilities are similar and it's probably because it's an old hotel.
There are some parts that are damaged, but overall it is good.
The price is okay too

I woke up but slept well.
The shampoo provided is not good.

The beach is close across the street
I arrived at night and stopped by and it was nice.

I entered the hotel and went straight to the bathroom.
