The Accommodations The rooms themselves were perfectly fine. They were clean, the bed was comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep, and the amenities were exactly what you’d expect for the price point. If I were rating based on the physical space alone, this would be a solid, middle-of-the-road experience. The Service However, the customer service was nonexistent. From the moment I checked in, it felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. The front desk was cold and unresponsive, and trying to get assistance with a simple request felt like pulling teeth. There was a total lack of energy or "hospitality" in the hospitality—no smiles, no proactive help, and a general vibe of indifference that really soured the stay. It’s a shame, because a little bit of effort from the team could have easily turned this into a positive review.

Near the beach. Room was okay but not super clean. There was an odor on a blanket

Customer service is great and location is not bad

Everything was good, rooms were clear and have everything (shampoo, bodywash, etc). Around hotel there are a lot of restaurants from fast food to European cafes. The distance between hotel and beach are close.

The room is quite big and spacious for us.The location is 10 mins walking from the sokcho beach
