The Accommodations
The rooms themselves were perfectly fine. They were clean, the bed was comfortable enough for a decent night's sleep, and the amenities were exactly what you’d expect for the price point. If I were rating based on the physical space alone, this would be a solid, middle-of-the-road experience.
The Service
However, the customer service was nonexistent. From the moment I checked in, it felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff. The front desk was cold and unresponsive, and trying to get assistance with a simple request felt like pulling teeth.
There was a total lack of energy or "hospitality" in the hospitality—no smiles, no proactive help, and a general vibe of indifference that really soured the stay. It’s a shame, because a little bit of effort from the team could have easily turned this into a positive review.
