Can’t think of anything that should be improved. I really mean. I’m a regular international traveller for both business and vacation. No question that this is probably one of the best (if not the best) Hotels in the world. Facilities are cozy and luxurious at a time. Employees could not be any nicer. Absolutely fabulous hotel, the best ski hotel that we’ve ever stayed in. Excellent service throughout our stay. The mini bus takes you to and from the slopes and the drivers are so courteous. The spa is wonderful and the massages were superb. Amazing food choices at breakfast and dinner, only downside was no free water at dinner yet free water at breakfast, in reception , the spa and in the rooms. The ski hire shop within the hotel is great, staff knowledgeable and no problem if hire items need to be changed during the stay. Would I stay here again, most definitely.
