The room was cheap and the manager at check-in was great...that's about it. Stains on the sheets, uncomfortable pillows and beds. If ever back in the area, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The beds and inside the room was clean, room bit noisy.
The property mentioned continental breakfast free, I would don’t deceive by this. They just had few items from Costco on the counter.

Sheila was absolutely fantastic! She was so very helpful in every way. Rooms were clean and as shown in pictures. Love that this Inn is so close to all downtown San Luis so shopping, dining, nightlife is all easily walkable. Also very close the the university!

I didn't like the fact that the parking lot asphalt was in such bad condition that I was tracking black dust everywhere in my room.

The place location was great but the beds were terrible. Haven't woken up with a bad back in years! Also the Wi-Fi although free is non existent and so slow when it works.

Stayed there one night, but was pleased. The area is quiet and our bed was comfortable. Pillows were comfortable as well.
