The good Great Location: The location was excellent and very convenient for our stay. Spacious Rooms: The rooms were impressively large and provided plenty of space. Excellent Amenities: The room was fully packed with all the amenities we could possibly need. Large Sofa Bed: The inclusion of a large, accommodating sofa bed was a great bonus. Needs improvement Outdated Property: The building is a very old property and it shows its age. Limited Breakfast: The breakfast options were very limited. For a brand like Crowne Plaza, there should at least be a live counter offering fresh, made-to-order egg varieties. No Dedicated Concierge or Valet: There is no official concierge or valet service. While the receptionist did call someone to help us with our luggage, a hotel of this caliber and price point should have these services standing by. Paid Parking: Guests are charged for parking, which is frustrating; parking should definitely be free when staying at such an expensive hotel. Unmaintained Grounds: The pond at the back of the hotel was completely full of algae and looked disgusting.

Myself and sister love visiting here. We always have the best time. Great team ( Josh, Charlotte, Rachel and all the smashing team) are lovely, and so kind. The hotels spotless, and food, drink and spa are spot on. Huge thanks as always to our favourite place x

the bathroom had a poo stain, and the bed was dirty lack of hygiene for crowne plaza.

Customer service was spot on leisure facilities were good room cleansiness was good Easy check in and check out

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Its such a lovely environment and the staff are very love, friendly at the same time very professional.

Absolutely smashing. Myself and sister visited ( it’s our most favourite hotel whenever I come visit her) for my birthday treat. Honestly all the great great team can never do enough for you x They make our stay.  Huge thanks this visit to Josh, Charlotte and Debs ( looking fab Debs. Haven’t seen you in ages) and all the team xxx  We always relax in the spa , then enjoy the  lounge and tasty dinner later. It’s just the best, and especially this special birthday visit. Every thing was good from the time we arrived to when we left the following day. The breakfast was good too.

Overall the stay was average. They need to service their lifts as there were times the lift was acting up. The cleaners did average job. The tap was leaking reported it never got solved. I stay here quite a lot when ever I’m in the UK and I most say it has deteriorated over time.

Booked this for my parents 25th Anniversary and hotel did amazing!! They were friendly and listened to my requests. Thank you so much to the staff!! Would definitely recommend! My parents had an amazing time !
