Lovely hotel in the heart of the town. 5 minute walk from the station and great links to the city centre.

Keep eye on bill. Hotel failed to recognise the *********** discount. Also a Parking charge of £10 ! Room & facilities perfectly adequate. Location good for town.

Hotel located 5-10 mins walk from Solihull town centre so convenient for plenty of places to eat / drink. Easy to find and sign posted from major roads. Car-parking was adequate - £10 a day and must register at reception. Hotel has a lot of conference rooms so seems to cater largely to corporate guests. Hotel reception was clean and modern but corridors were very untidy and didn’t really give a good impression - dirty glasses left outside doors to our rooms, bed linen piled in corners, trays with food left on corridor floors etc. Had 2 interconnected standard rooms. Room decor was modern and fairly well maintained. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Choice of teas / coffee / biscuits etc. Purposely booked rooms with air con due to heatwave - 1 room was fine, other had broken air con. Tried to phone reception but no answer so had to trek to reception several times after this was supposedly reset. Eventually given new rooms but manager who dealt with the issue was not very apologetic and no help was offered with luggage etc. Could be a much better hotel if care was taken with attention to tidiness of public areas and more attentive staff.

Come back again for a wonderful night due to unbeatable price for half board package which included dinner, breakfast and an air-conditioning room with excellent service!

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was clean, quiet for the most part, and very comfortable. The only time it got a bit noisy was when the World Cup matches were on, but that was understandable and didn't take away from the overall experience. The room was spotless, tidy, and well looked after. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again.

Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working at times with the room temperature exceeding 28’ degrees, which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable both nights. The hotel staff really tried their best to resolve moving us to another room but a similar A/C failure occurred out of their control. We received complimentary canned water for the nighttime, and breakfast too which isnt spectacular but amounts to something; cereals, eggs and odd tasting sausages. The passenger lifts are quite slow, the leisure changing facilities are dated and were a tad smelly. The rooms are nice!

Lovely hotel with welcoming helpful staff and comfortable facilities. The food and drinks are alwaya well presented. I really enjoy using the swimming pool and spa facilities.

Lovely room, bed was amazing. Food was superb. Staff were fantastic. Leisure pool could do with a re fresh and our room was freezing cold. The heating kept switching itself off. Room 244. Would stay again but in the Warmer months.

Great location and excellent service. Perfect stop off after my flight to Birmingham Airport.
