Excellent hotel. Very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, the food is amazing. Best breakfast I’ve had. It’s just outside Split centre and costs around €7 in an uber to go to Split Old Town. Perfect if you are looking for a quieter hotel.

Lo cation was great lovely and peaceful. The hotel was delightful and the first entrance impact very special. The large spacious bedrooms with pool view were very comfortable. We used the attached spa facilities and had some great massages. The hotel is a wonderful base when travelling by car and we visited many beautiful places Trogir and Hvar being our favourites together with Krka waterfalls. We take away some special memories after eating too much from the well presented breakfast buffet yet again The staff were pleasant and helpful

Great breakfast, nice outdoors and pool area, clean and cool rooms, very nice view, amazing spa, very nice staff and walking distance form good restaurants, supermarket and coffee bars.

Boutique like Hotel it looks impressive from the exterior. Room is spacious with large closets and elegant furnishings + there's additional bench & chairs. They even provided additional complimentary drinking water bottle! There is a small balcony but apparently it was blocked to disallow us to fully open it. Still we can have a good view of the exterior; a stunning view of the small river, a park & even a chapel. There is a Interspar Mall nearby and we actually walked 10+ mins for some buys at night. We leave the window ajar to let in some cool air, but ended up hearing the chapel's clock hourly chimes!!! In the morning we explored the place abit as we were early for bf, the lobby has very elaborate staircase and long chandelier! Furniture is elaborate and gave a classic feel. There's even a large pool but it is early-Dec too cold for any dip. The Breakfast spread was good, many choices esp fruits choices. Only negative ; the heater was not working! Overall we still enjoy our overnight stay here.

Very well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a very comfortable bed. It has a unique charm about it and reminds of what a hotel should be, not full of bling but nice. When you first arrive you get a feeling of relaxation right from the moment you walk through the door.

On a tour.Hotel looked grand. However food was terrible. Staff were friendly but totally overworked. Breakfast was buffet and a shambles. Food cold. Tables not cleared. The food offered for dinner lacked taste and hardly any vegetables.

Beautiful hotel, excellent facilities and great staff and food. Not too busy in the spa and swimming pool areas which was perfect. A good location to travel to Split, Trogir and other places. Special mention to Daniella who was great, it was a pleasure to have you as our waitress. Also Tarek who was great and all the bar staff and reception staff who were so helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately this hotel is mostly all show. It’s very smart, and the rooms are large and luxurious. The pool appears nice - however it is difficult to get in and out of because there are no handrails. The umbrellas around the pool look stylish but two were broken. The food sounds good on paper but is mostly not very good, and one dish was inedible. However the worst aspect is the staff. They are all extremely smartly dressed, but there are not enough of them. Service is either slow or non existent. One waitress was so rude to me and her own colleague that I complained to reception. We were waiting at the bar, and she was sorting a delivery of some cakes. He colleague, who seemed very new, was standing with her. I approached and asked to order some drinks. Her exact words were “I suppose so!” I told her she was very rude, and she then said loudly “you need to ask him!” Pointing to her colleague. I ordered our drinks, but the young man had clearly received no training so needed help. At that point she stomped off muttering to herself. We did eventually get drinks as he was assisted by someone else. She returned to the bar and started deliberately slamming things around very noisily. I have generously given a three because the rooms are nice, bed was comfortable, some staff are trying their best, and some food was nice.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is about 12 mins in a car from Split. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The evening dinner served at your table was lovely all but one night with a good choice for all 3 courses. Daniella in the restaurant needs a big shout out for being the most friendly and helpful ( nothing was too much trouble) The reception area and drinks area were lovely. Our room ( 312) was very nice inside and bathroom with double sink was hood except the shower head on rail wouldn’t stay up. The room didn’t have a view as it only had a velux window. Beds were very comfortable and lots of lovely towels. Only the view made it 4 star

Very impressive hotel building with lovely large rooms and very comfortable beds. Robes and slippers as well as decent sized towels are provided . Our balcony wasn’t great as it was entirely covered. The hotel is located in an interesting area in walking distance to Salana archaeological site, which was worth the visit. Although in quite an industrial area there is a river and inlets surrounding the hotel as well as lots of greenery. A short walk away there are some nice bars serving drinks half the price of the hotel and a good restaurant/ pizzeria. It costs around 12 euros for a taxi to Split. The half board food offering wasn’t great - some odd combinations and no variation of the half board menu. After two nights we ate elsewhere, as it seems lots of other hotel residents did too. Breakfast was ok. We found the restaurant staff quite surly especially when asked if could we purchase a different starter off the a la Carte. We were told in no uncertain terms that this wasn’t possible! The pool was lovely with very comfortable beds. The reception staff were also very helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel but take mosquito repellent!!

Impressive hotel, excellent service, friendly staff and delicious food (bottled water is 5 euros a bottle in the bar). Solin is a lovely little town and 15mins outside Split. We used Uber to travel in and out - drivers mostly friendly and chatty. Speedboat toursnto islands highly recommended.

Great 5* hotel with the perfect staff and amenities. Beds are super comfy, food is delicious and all 3 pools are amazing. I would like to thank to Tarek for making our breakfasts special events every time. It was not too crowded at the time, but we had a felling like we have hotel for our own. Also, I would recommend a spa and a massage. Very, very good... Big recommendation overall.

If there was an option to give an zero i would love to! After checking and double checking that restaurant has an gluten free option (medical reasons-celiac) we decided to book an family lunch at restaurant within hotel. Rude waiter didn't have a clue what gluten is and i sincerely doubt that kitchen staff also knew anything about that. After finding out with waitor which meal my wife could have thats 100% gluten free he guaranteed for one risotto-which took us to ER, where we are at the moment. Other OVERPRICED dishes were tasteless, served like in some cheap restaurant, by the staff that doesn't have a clue about work they do. Just to make things clear, this is well decorated, 5 star hotel, and nobody expects cheap meal, but for DOUBLE, if not tripple price than normal should bring something more. Their menu is very limited, and momentarily all avaliable dishes are these which can stay in freezer for long, which is obvious with a first bite. Even French fries taste like re-heated yesterdays meal. I'm not commenting an accommodation in hotel, but the restaurant is far far from 5 stars, and lightyear far from price they are charging! Just skip it!
