Stayed here for 1 night after arriving on ferry at Santander it’s about 20 mins drive away from Santander but worth the drive. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area near to the sea and amenities. We had 2 dogs the hotel was very accommodating and the rooms were perfect for us spacious clean with ample toiletries. Attached to the hotel is a restaurant which is very good and reasonably priced and all the staff seemed to be very polite and hospitable. Would recommend and stay again if we where in the area again.

Clean comfortable room with small balcony. Very centrally located for the towns shops and restaurants. Dog friendly 10€ per night. Efficient reception service. Parking was available on the street directly outside. There is a restaurant/bar as well although we didn’t use it. Price per night was very reasonable.

Beautiful hotel so friendly, rooms comfortable and very clean, a bit away from santander, you can get the Ferry 20mins away €3, do not get taxi €37. Food beautiful drinks cheap, highly recommended. You can explore somo as they have beautiful restaurants and everyone is so friendly.

It’s a great hotel and the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable as well. It is very near the beach…5 minute walk. It is situated near many bars, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. I would have stayed longer, but hotel was booked.

As we arrived the cutlery and glasses were completely dirty full of fingers. Then they serve us, we begin to order things from the menu and most of them tell us that they had sold out and it was 2:30 in the afternoon, so I think it was quite early. We managed to order things from the little that was left on the menu, including a hamburger and they brought it to us with the plastic, we tell them please that the hamburger comes with plastic and they tell us that they will give us a new one. They bring us the new burger and it's raw! Above, he places us on the table over a sewer in which all the dirt of cigarette butts, strained forks... of shame. Very low quality.

Last year on the first floor fine. This year on the ground floor much worse. The room is renovated but the bathroom needs cleaning or facelift. The shower curtain did not cover well and the shelf fell into the bathroom... the towels in the shower were very small, almost like the ones in the sink. WiFi is conspicuous by its absence and there is barely any coverage in the rooms below. We've been here 3 days and they still haven't fixed it. The first day we ordered dinner in the restaurant for the room and even asking for cutlery was not possible. Lovely reception girls. Yes indeed. All very kind. It is a pity that they lack attention to those details that are so easy to solve that would make our stay more comfortable. A good detail has been to have a mini-fridge to be able to store something.
