Vienna International Hotel (Huanglong Jiuzhai High-speed Railway Station Branch)

This hotel is located in Chuanzhusi. Perhaps due to the off-season, the streets felt dead at night. The most disappointing thing was that the oxygen concentrator wasn't working. I specifically booked this Vienna hotel in Chuanzhusi because it had an oxygen concentrator. However, upon arrival, I was told that none of the oxygen concentrators in the entire hotel were functional. I wasn't informed beforehand and only found out when I got there. When you're at an altitude of 2900 meters in Chuanzhusi, you'll understand how crucial an oxygen concentrator is for those suffering from altitude sickness. I was extremely disappointed. Additionally, during my stay, I was informed that the entire Chuanzhusi area would have a power outage at 8:30 AM the next morning. I was worried if the elevator would be operational, but luckily, the power didn't go out until after I had left.

The service and facilities were quite good, and the room was very warm. They also offer a shuttle service to and from the station. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The room was clean and tidy, and the price was affordable. It even had an oxygen generator, and the size was just right. Highly recommended!

This hotel really understands business travelers! The soundproofing is excellent, so I wasn't disturbed at all while working late on my project. Plus, the front desk offers free printing. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip!

These small, warm gestures truly leave a lasting impression!

When I called the front desk at night to ask for two extra bottles of water and a dental kit, a robot delivered them to my door in just 5 minutes – incredibly efficient! Coming back from sightseeing, I found my room spotless. They even neatly coiled my data cable that I'd left casually on the table, and placed it to the side – such attention to detail really touched me. Before, staying at a hotel was just about finding a place to crash, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed the stay. Whether you're looking for high-quality facilities or warm, personal service, this place delivers.

From check-in at the front desk, I felt nothing but professionalism and warmth. The staff not only offered a warm welcome tea but also proactively upgraded my room. What impressed me most was when I needed to print an urgent document; the front desk promptly helped me out with great efficiency. Even the cleaning staff in the hallway would greet me with a smile. A good hotel, in my opinion, needs not only excellent facilities but also service that understands your needs, and this hotel excels at both. It offers fantastic value for money, and it will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Songpan.
