早餐豐富，停車有點亂，若能規範就更上一層樓了，前台是就店的靈魂，前台服務熱情周到，就能讓入住客人體會温暖，所以，熱情恢復客人的所提疑問，問題便不是了問題，希望君瑞花園酒店越來越好，值得推薦

8月18上午十點多當班前台態度極其惡劣，退房等半天，還告訴不服打投訴電話，差評隨便給，出差這麼多年頭一次寫差評！還是服務員要求的，滿足你，你們那能有你當前台也快了，知道的你是服務員，不知道的還以為社會大姐來了呢，這傢伙裝的，愛哪投訴就哪投訴，呵呵，都不願搭理你這樣的，寫個差評得了，補充一句，17日晚上當班前台態度很好，用人就得用這樣的
