大家千萬不要入住這家民宿，自己在東三省和上海入住過很多家的民宿第一次給差評。1.不正規，沒有前台！自己以前也遇到過這種，但都是在你下訂單之後立馬聯繫你告訴你該如何找他們，這家酒店在我投訴之前全程沒有聯繫過我！且在我找到之後撥打電話也打不通！2.民宿電梯是需要刷卡扣的那種，要麼選在在原地等人上電梯你讓人家幫忙給你按，要麼選擇爬26樓！3.詳情頁的訊息標註虛假，給的前台2627號房間是假的，昨天自己敲了半天門沒人迴應！4.在我投訴之後店家聽了我的遭遇竟然還能笑得出聲，全程沒有解決問題的態度，我本身的訴求也衹是退房費竟然都不支持！ P1.店家主動聯繫我的溝通記錄（衹在我投訴後店家與我聯繫過一次） P2.是自己給店家的撥打記錄

Parking is very convenient, the house is big enough, hot water, the beds are very comfortable, they are all perfect. What is dissatisfied is that Ctrip says that it is free of deposit. As a result, a deposit must be required. Fortunately, we leave early in the morning and the waiter will return the deposit quickly. There was a gift, because of the deposit issue, I forgot to ask for it. Later I called Ctrip and Ctrip paid it up.
