Very nice, active and friendly staf. Beautiful view from the restaurant. Nice swimming pool but dirty and only half working bowling alley. Nice buffet in the morning and evening but food quality could have been a little bit better. Indoor parking costs 15 euro, charging a car is possible but not included. Communication is only in German! Room was nice but the couch was not comfortable and the living room only had 1 very bright light.

the hotel is very good, it has many rooms also suited for huge groups. I was there for a Company Meeting with around 100 people. everything was perfect, rooms, food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I didnt have time to enjoy all the leisure stuff like swimmingpools, bowling, videogames, ping pong and more. I believe I will return here with my family.

I stayed here for a few nights as part of a conference. Overall it was a good experience. The hotel is laid out in different buildings connected to a common central area. It can be a bit of a maze getting from room to restaurant and can involve multiple elevators and stairs with connecting corridors between. We had a group dinner one evening in the hotel. It was a fixed menu to help with group size but the food was good and served promptly. On another evening we went to a hillside restaurant then came back to the hotel for drinks in the weinstube. The atmosphere was great. There are also a couple of bowling lanes, some ping pong, and other games. The hotel has un underground parking garage that is well lit and easy to get in/out of. As a business conference venue it was good. As a holiday destination, the hotel has several on site activities and is well placed in the region for the alps and the various lakes. A nice place

Very well located with plenty parking, but tye service wasn't so great.
starting from the fact that the staff barely spoke any English , there were no signs written in English.
the hotel was ok but a refurbishing is needed

Das Hotel bietet innen viel mehr, als es von außen vermuten lässt. Die Modernisierungen der letzten Jahre (Eingangshalle, Restaurant, Zimmer, Aufzüge, Schwimmbad und Saunen) machen den Aufenthalt zusammen mit dem sehr netten und aufmerksamen Personal zu einem schönen und entspannten Erlebnis. Ganz besonderes Lob gebührt den Verantwortlichen fürs leibliche Wohl. Beim Frühstück und am Abend waren die Buffets reichhaltig bestückt und stets mit qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten. Meine Frau und ich reihen das Allgäu Stern Hotel in die ****Sterne-Kategorie ein.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Im Zimmer blättert die Farbe vom Fensterrahmen. Matratzen durchgelegen (Suite mit Balkon). Sauberkeit lässt im Zimmer auch zu wünschen übrig. Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Minibar war leer. Restaurant, gefühlt wie in einer riesigen Kantine. Das Hotel tut sich schwer mit Kritik und sieht die Gäste als Selbstverständlichkeit und das in der heutigen Zeit.

Von den Suiten kein direkter Zugang zum Spa. Modernisierungs Stau. Beim Essen tolle Zutaten schlecht umgesetzt. Zum Frühstück kaum Obst. Keine Getränke und keine zusätzlichen Handtücher im Saunabereich. Leider keine Wellness Anwendungen.
