Fantastic location, central - huge bedroom.and bed, very comfy, pillows were terrible too thin !
Spa was new with great whirkpool, towels robes and essentials for getting ready. Free toiletries to use is a nice touch.
Compulsory 10% charge even when buying a coffee which seems excessive, think gratuity should be at your discretion as some staff very attentive.
Sunbeds great and free for hotel guests which is great, toilets are for everyone so it's easier and closer to go back to the hotel.

We tried out all the hotell had to offer and we had the best wekend! Great room, super staff, amasing spa area, really good massage, snaksy drinks and super staff at the bar, incredible breakfast (and the breakfastkit for us who left really early was super). We will be back! :)

I went to Soto Masil and found Sheraton by chance....
I made a reservation right away..
I slept very well in a room with a diagonal ocean view.
The hotel parking lot is in the parking tower, but isn't it a bit expensive?
If you cross the road to the main gate, there is an alley, so if you park there, it's not too expensive.
There is a parking app used in the Soto area, so you can download the app and use it.
There is street parking in front of the hotel, but..
The competition is very fierce.

Everything is at the highest level. I like this hotel because I always feel like a premium guest. I am always treated like that. In addition, the hotel is in the very center of Sopot, so it is close to the pier or Monciak. I recommend it to everyone

We were very disappointed with our 3 day stay. During our stay we used the hotel restaurant. The staff was very sloppy and we received our food cold. When we complained, the waitress said they would prepare a new dish (a burger), but they just reheated what they had brought before, which resulted in the food not being very tasty. The room was not cleaned properly. The sand and dust on the floor remained throughout our stay. At the check out we ended up with extra drinks on our bill that we had never ordered. It took 1 hour to resolve. A nightmare!

We were here for 5 nights. Room was comfortable. Breakfast choice was extensive even for kids. Playground for kids was so small. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great location - very close to the pier and many restaurants around the hotel Love it and will come back again soon

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Sopot. This was our second stay here. We paid to upgrade to have access to the lounge and breakfast as Marriott Gold status doesn’t really get much. Our room had a sea view which was a bit of a surprise and appreciated. The housekeeping was excellent and our room had a Nespresso machine. The hotel facilities were great and I used the pool and jacuzzi a couple of times and it was not over crowded. The concierge (Łukasz) was excellent and spent a lot of time with my elderly mom identifying cultural activities and other things. Thank you for this! The breakfast was very good and the cook to order options were very much appreciated. The service at breakfast was always excellent. The food in the executive lounge was also of a good standard and the sparkling wine was at least drinkable. There was always a good number of staff in the lounge and they were always ready to help. One minor point that was annoying each time we went to the lounge - the corridor to the lounge is stuffy with stale air. Please address this. The Sheraton is leagues above its next door neighbour….the Grand Hotel. Having stayed there in January it was no longer grand and is in need of MANY upgrades. Definitely not Sofitel class anymore. Thanks for an excellent stay!

My husband and I stayed at Sheraton Sopot for 3 nights in August, during the famous Top of the Top festival in Opera Leśna. The hotel is situated 30mins by taxi from Gdańsk airport, next to famous Sopot molo. During the festival, it is the best place to stay, with most of the tv crew and stars staying at the hotel and you can bump into them during breakfast. Being Bonvoy Platinum, we got upgraded to a Club room with a beautiful sea view and given access to the Club Lounge. Breakfast is served every morning in a ground floor restaurant, great selection of cook to order dishes, fruit, breads and cereals. Club lounge serves hot buffet from 6pm onwards. It includes 2 hot dishes every evening (one Polish and one international) alongside cold buffet of ham, cheeses, fruit and sweets. Free wine (red, white and sparkling) as well as beer is also included. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but marked it 4/5 due to low quality of service, it was slow and unfriendly throughout.

We come to Sopot regularly. This hotel is of excellent quality and the stay was pleasant. However, we were disappointed by a lack of class and a cold atmosphere for an establishment of this size, location and pretention. No restaurant available when we stayed. Another mistake for a 5-stars hotel.

A nice hotel with beautiful views of the sea. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of offerings served. Fitness area had an array of modern equipment. The only downside was not many of the staff we encountered spoke English (or perhaps they did and chose not to) which made communicating difficult. All in all however a very pleasant experience in a beautiful part of the world. Well done team Sheraton.

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel. Rating it 2 stars based on the location and breakfast options and service during breakfast. Everything else does not live up to the expectations. - service in the main lobby was the slowest we have ever experienced- waited 45 min for a drink , the staff were preoccupied with one group of guests, that happened multiple times. - the upgrade requested via elite status was not accommodated and the staff did not follow up to ensure that we could receive it during our stay - the management did not respond with the level of urgency required based on the loyalty status - parking is super expensive so if you have a car get ready. - average cleanliness in the rooms This hotel is considered to be one of the top in the city and charges accordingly. They are far from the level of accommodation and customer service expected all over the world from this type of property. This will be a memorable experience for all the wrong reasons. When the hotel management realizes they should reward the loyalty of the visitors who choose your hotel chain 100 nights during the year , vs the one time highest bidder, they will be able to advertise their hotel as the luxury place they want to be known for. For those who are thinking about choosing this place , you have other options to get value for your money. Do not recommend.

Myself and my wife decided on having Brunch in Sopot unfortunately due to being Father’s Day we h struggled to find a restaurant with a free table so decided to try the Sheraton Hotel Bar where we had eaten in the past we sat at a table in the main bar area and were given menus by our waitress Agata who spoke both English and Polish we both had Soup starters followed by Burger with Fries and Chicken Ceaser Salad my wife had a Hungarian Liquor to finish off ; Overall a very enjoyable meal with 5 star service from our waitress Agata Highly recommended ❤️

As a Titanium member I frequently stay at the Sheraton hotel and my status is well recognised. The hotel is clean, has a great spa with different types of saunas and a hydropool. The buffet breakfast is very good with many options with nice and helpful staff. There are a few employees that I would like to mention in the club lounge: Mrs Anvie, Mrs Ania and Mr Jarek. The kitchen of Mrs Ania (a very nice lady) is attentive to different dietary preferences, she always comes up with various delicious meals and ways of serving them Mr Jarek ensures that the dishes taste good, prepares them with attention to the guest and checks on the buffet to make sure nothing is missing. He specializes in preparing fish in various ways. A nicely presented buffet encourages you to taste all the food prepared by the Chefs. You can’t get bored in the evening when Mrs Anvie is working: she is one of a kind - sympathetic, service oriented and always creates a warm atmosphere. What I noticed is that all guests like her very much. Mr Kosma from the lobby bar is “born” to be a bartender. He has a professional approach to work and a fantastic sense of humor. The drinks he serves are above all, tasty and strong! I can confidently say that he would be a great bartender in various places around the world. Mr Łukasz from the concierge I know for a long time. He presents great class and professionalism. Tactful in every way. He is always ready to help with a positive attitude. He is experienced in the hotel industry. I believe he deserves a promotion - maybe the management will consider my suggestion. I wish the Director, Mr. Mariusz, further fruitful cooperation with the hotel team. I warmly recommend this hotel.
