Great property and staff. Everyone is so welcoming from housekeeping to front desk. The front desk staff extremely helpful in arranging private car services to Pompeii, Positano and Naples. With each driver waiting for your visit to conclude and then driving you back to Ambasciatori.

I’ve stayed here twice now and both times we had great service and enjoyed the room, hotel pool and lower dock. Beautiful views everywhere you look and it’s walking distance to the trains, to the town and the ferries. No need for a taxi.

The staff and hotel is full of character. The beach pool and the caved entrance you’re greeted by is simply not to be missed. Great walking distance to all of the attractions and a short transfer to the ferry to Capri if you have large bags, otherwise very walkable.
