Jaz Tour Khalef is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! From the staff to the facilities to the rooms everything is top quality - deserves to be more than a 5 star hotel (if it was possible). The staff are an ultimate credit to the hotel especially the waiters, cleaners & entertainers. The rep is great & always sorts you the best deal for camel, quad & boat trips. The holiday as a whole was definitely a favourite & we are still riding the high! Hotel is perfect for couples, friends & families & is in a great location. The only negative I could say is the selection of alcohol available is slightly limited & I’d say if you have typical picky English eaters the food may be limited for you - although there’s always pasta & pizza for those who don’t indulge in the Tunisian food. Tunisia itself was fantastic, again the only negative is the locals do like to mither, but even so, they are all so lovely & friendly. Safe to say we will definitely be returning in summer when the weather is even better!

Amazing staff so accommodating polite and happy to help . A few staff members to mention Slah, Hasna, Imed, Snoousi, Fredj, Ali, Mohammad, Char and Adel are just a few Atomosphere was spot on and all services was great I wouldn’t say much about the pool could do with an uplift Grounds around the outside pool and beach was lovely for a swim and food was a great variety

We're still here (Rebecca and Chris - with the rose) and I have to say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Service is amazing, drinks are great, and the food is top notch. My birthday was on Friday and they brought out a wonderful cake with candles. I feel like we have made friends here and it's such a beautiful place to stay. When you get here, ask for Joe as he will well and truly hook you up with some fun activities. We also bought a fun boat trip from Captain Smiley Miley, which is obviously not his real name but should be. Make sure you check out the medina and be prepared to haggle. We're here until Thursday and I'm so happy we came. Thank you Jaz Tour Khalef for looking after us so well.

This hotel is amazing,great staff,great food,amazing room,was made to feel so welcome ,this is our second year at this hotel and have booked already for our 3rd year,we were treated amazing this place is just super the views and the beach is beautiful,the rooms are just so lovely clean and fresh outside is great the horse and carriage ride was amazing,can't rate this hotel enough it's just amazing and can't wait to go backxxxthank you the bell family see you next yearxxxx

Great place! Dj Yoss made our stay great. Food amazing, a wide variety of food and there are a lot of tables inside and outside the restaurant. The pool is lovely and sunbeds for everyone. Would recommend to anyone who wants to come to Tunisia!

We have just returned from a family holiday with Tui, flew from Cardiff which was a faultless process. Upon arrival at Jaz Tour Khalef we were welcomed with a cold drink whilst they worked through the new guests and shown to lunch. The reception were able to give us joining rooms which was helpful, although 1 room had an aroma of drainage unclear if this was the drains or the aircon. The room was well decorated and had a wonderful shower. The cleaners kept the room well stocked and clean. At the beginning of our stay the hotel did not feel as busy as the end of the week, meal times were hectic and could be described as eating in primark, however if sat outside it was a more pleasurable experience. Food choice was great, the only feedback I would have is to have more butter and chips available as often left waiting for more and in demand! Adel the waiter was fantastic and looked after us well. The beach was our favourite part and where we spent most of our time as it was so chilled, Saber the waiter again was fab and very helpful. There are sellers near the shore however security were to be seen moving them on when they got too much! Always bargain with them as prices can be high initially!! Night entertainment could be improved, children’s show on at 8:30 until 9:30 which was the main event at that time, adults don’t wish to watch this! The terrace often had an entertainer from 6:30 until 7:30 which was our favourite part of the evening. We did not use the spa facilities however had a look around which looked well maintained and inviting. Overall we would sure return to the hotel in the future!
