Absolutely amazing service. Entertainment in the lobby every night

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is rated 4 stars. The layout is ridiculous — you take the elevator up to your floor, then walk a long distance down multiple sets of stairs just to reach your room. I changed rooms and still ended up with more stairs. Completely inconvenient, especially with luggage. Inside the room, things get worse: • Air-conditioning doesn’t work — technician came, but nothing improved. • No kettle provided, even though this is basic in any hotel. • No proper double bed — just two singles pushed together. • Room is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The only acceptable part was the breakfast with a decent variety. But everything else was so bad that although I paid for two nights, I could only tolerate one night before leaving to another hotel. Absolutely not recommended.

The hotel is nice, and the staff who works there is very helpful and friendly. The food was quite good, you could find options you needed. I felt that the loud music in the evening as entertainment for kids was annoying. Rather than that, I enjoyed it.

My husband and I spent a full week here from 7 March to 14 March, and it was exactly the relaxing break we needed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the balcony quickly became one of our favourite spots to unwind. We loved having both the indoor and outdoor pools, and the snack bar and restaurant kept us well fed throughout the week. The housekeeping team were absolutely lovely — always friendly, and they kept everything spotless. A special thank‑you goes to Mohammed, our server. He was fantastic: funny, attentive, and genuinely made every meal more enjoyable. And at reception, Hamdi Habib was incredibly helpful and welcoming, setting such a positive tone from the moment we arrived. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended.
