The positives: the staff were kind and helpful, the food was great, and the beach and pools were really enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. However, the hygiene and room conditions were very disappointing. The room had an unpleasant smell and did not feel clean at all. Even when housekeeping changed the bed covers, they didn’t seem fresh you could feel they were not properly clean. Basic items were missing: no fresh towels or blankets, no soap, and no essentials like slippers or an iron. The room telephone was also broken the cable was cut and not properly plugged in. I reported this several times, but nothing was fixed. I had to go down from the 7th floor to reception multiple times just to follow up, which was very inconvenient. Another major issue was the taxes. I was charged around 400 euros for 3 people for 5 days, while the application showed only around 60 euros. This huge difference was a very unpleasant surprise and felt unfair. Overall, while the staff, food, and location are good, the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, missing basics, and unexpected extra charges really ruined the experience.

Was a last-minute trip, and we've got the best deal ever! Really enjoyed my stay. Lovely location, nice beach, amazing staff and animation team. I will go back!

Terrible experience despite the good location. Food was often horrible, WiFi almost useless, as an arab I felt discriminated compared to foreign guests, only few staff are friendly and smiling. Definitely not worth the expectations.

This hotel is just near beach. The location is good. The hotel has so many rooms so that the waiting time might be very long.
