Hmm... the facilities are great for the price. Even though I booked a single room, I was assigned a huge room with three single beds, and the view outside is right by the ocean, which is really wonderful. However, the downside that offsets all of this is that the place feels very old and not very well-maintained. Almost nothing works properly. The heating and cooling seem to be completely broken and not working, the shower pressure is extremely weak, and the hot water only comes out warm enough to barely take a shower. It uses a system where you have to turn two taps on either side to adjust the water level. Also, there is a kitchen, but there are no cooking utensils. I assume they would provide them if I asked the front desk, but I didn't bother because it was too much of a hassle. The refrigerator works fine, though. The front desk staff didn't seem particularly friendly either. However, for 20,000 won, a three-bedroom room is perfect for budget travelers. If you look only at the beds and the room itself, it is very good.

The environment, friendliness, and cleanliness were good for the price. The location was close to the sea, and there were many amenities and restaurants nearby.

The hotel has a good location and very convenient transportation. The rooms are very large and have a beautiful Mediterranean sea view. However, the facilities are relatively old. The air conditioner only blows air and does not provide heating or cooling. The lights are broken and have not been replaced, indicating a lack of maintenance.

The location is very good, right by the sea. The room also faces the sea. The house is quite spacious, there is no parking lot, just park on the roadside. However, all cars park on the roadside, so it doesn't affect much. The facilities in the room are a bit old. The toilet lid is a later installation, and it can't even be lifted up. I have to hold the lid with one hand when I urinate.
