Australia Park Motel

Unfortunately the floors were quite unclean. Befind the bathroom door was a patch on the tiles which was dirty and there was a dead cockroach. The towels were incredibly thin.

It was clean and tidy. Close to what I was in town for. Had all that I wanted for my stay.

We stayed here last minute for a rest during a road trip. The staff member was very helpful in organising the key drop-off. The location suited us well, as it’s right off the highway and close to a petrol station and McDonald’s. However, we were quite shocked to arrive and find our room door left open, which was unsettling. While the room was tidy, it lacked overall cleanliness (hair in the sink). The bed was comfortable enough. For what it is, it served its purpose — a budget motel suitable for a quick overnight stop on a road trip.

Parking was easy and secure. Room was hot at night unless ac was on. But very clean and great budget price for a quick stopover.

Fridge in room noisy when compressor started, sign asking us to wash our own dishes but NO towel to dry them with . Street noise at night especially from service station across the road. Won’t be using this hotel again as a stopover.
