The unit is in the Allegro building so when looking for Southside Serviced Apartments, you cannot see that name anywhere. It was fine for me as I just wanted an overnight stay to see a concert at QPac. Location is excellent. Instructions were clear. Overall - good

There is mould on the ceiling, bathroom drain was filthy, the bed head attached to bedside so split cup of tea when I leant back in bed. No hand soap.

As I was on my own, I felt safe and other guests very quiet and friendly. Only downside was a homeless person sitting out the front on the wall all of the time, however didn't bother me in anyway.

Well maintained and neat property. Great check in instructions and convenient location. Bed was on the firm side for our taste but might suit others. Would stay again.

The bed was comfortable There was food on the utensils Rubbish bin had clean bag but bin needed cleaning Cooking fan was not working Bathroom light flicked on when it was turned off One tea towel only for a week of doing dishes Booked a comfort studio with city view, did not get this Sheets to small for bed didn’t even tuck in at sides

Perfect area to stay in! A little disappointed with our room. The apartment was grubby and the bathroom had a horrible odour on arrival. All it needs is some simple upgrades like a shower head that actually squirts water and maybe a lick of paint for the walls.
