Atlas Apartments by CLLIX

We are visiting from the UK, this hotel is a very comfortable place to stay while seeing Brisbane.  Also plenty of useful amenities if you need to be self sufficient, and grocery shops within five minutes walking. The location is excellent too for walking around to see the main attractions like Wheel of Brisbane.   The only minor issue was related to parking however the next day Jade at reception resolved it to our satisfaction.   We look forward to staying here again on a second visit.

I’m not sure how this hotel received a rating of 9.2/10. We checked in at night, and the reception staff were quite impolite. The room was very dirty; I've attached some pictures of the kettle and refrigerator for reference. The air conditioner was not functioning. No repair staff were available over the weekend, and the hotel did not have a spare room for us to switch to. So we had to stay for two nights without air conditioning and were forced to wake up early to avoid the heat in the room.

Watch out there is a huge building in construction that starts everyday with very loud noise at 7am. Despite our specific request, we did not get an apartment on the higher levels (we were on 8th) and could not sleep at all in the morning. It's a shame because apart from this, the apartment is beautiful, spacious and well located.

The location is perfect. It’s safe and clean. The room is huge and perfect for family.

The room was very specious. The location was great with easy access to city buses and trains. I was able to check-in early and the staffs were really helpful. There's no hair dryer in the room which was a bit inconvenient but the rest of the stay was great.

Location is easy to locate and within 10 mins walk from South Brisbane Station. Reception staff is very helpful and friendly.
