Overall, Arena is a convenient place to stay. It is close to supermarkets. Public transportation is at your doorstep. Pool is amazing. Office can usually accommodate requests. Cleaning staff was not the friendliest but they did their job. I will usually leave a tip for housekeeping but I was told that tipping is not required in Australia.

Easy walking distance to conference centre, train and great cafes and restaurants. Hotel pool is great & apartments very clean & comfortable

A late check-in and a little mix-up caused some grief. However, the issue was promptly resolved, and a refund was processed. The cleanliness and quality of the apartment was very high. The location and facilities were also outstanding. If I can find another pricing deal, I would definitely stay again.

Good place to stay..jus your parking yous told me on the phone was 10 dollar a day but when I got there i have to pay 50 for 2 days..other then that everything was good 👍🏾

Nice clean 1-bedroom apartment with well-stocked kitchen and comfortable bed. Very central to South bank and West End and near the river front. Just wish that they would spend some money to heat the swimming pool during the autumn and winter months. If your apartment faces Edmondstone Street there is a high-rise apartment being constructed and the crews start working at 7 am which can be noisy.

Super good service. There is a receptionist in the lobby who greets you warmly. Free parking and free breakfast every day There’s a bathtub, a shower, and it’s cleaned every day. GOOD GOOD GOOD The neighbors are so welcoming, and it looks like a HOUSE FAMILY!!!!

The location is close to the city center, the hygiene level is average, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The front desk service was good, but the electric kettle was not clean. After informing the front desk, a new water kettle was sent to the room on the same day.
