We chose this hotel because it’s close to a place with past memories, so it felt meaningful to stay here again. Although the location is generally convenient, we arrived on a day when the Airtrain wasn’t running directly to the nearby station. We ended up walking almost 30 minutes to reach the hotel — tiring but also enjoyable as we stopped along the way to take photos and appreciate the nearby views. The room provided very minimal toiletries, but the bedsheets and towels were clean and bright white, which we appreciated. However, the carpets along the walkways and in the room looked like they were due for a deeper clean — made a little more noticeable since I had forgotten to bring along my bedroom slippers. One thing I really appreciated was that the lift opens directly to the 2nd floor, which made access much easier for me after my recent TKR. I also want to compliment the front desk team for their prompt service — they immediately provided a new kettle when I mentioned that the one in the room was stained. Overall, it was a meaningful stay with some pleasant moments, and a few areas that could be improved.

modest but comfortable rooms, a little bit creaky/noisy, but in a great location and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful :) great as a place to sleep after long day of being out!

We had a terrible experience! The rooms had dirty carpets, and the air conditioning did not work correctly, making huge noises and filling the air with mould. We stayed for two nights, and no one came to clean the room after the first night. I was travelling with my daughter, who is one year old, and she needed a calm and clean place to rest, but unfortunately, this hotel was not the place. The customer service at the front desk was incredibly unhelpful and unreliable. The only good thing about this place was the location, but not even this was enough to save the experience of our stay.

It costs more than 500 yuan a night. It is equipped with air conditioning, a hot water kettle, two beds, one large and one small. Parking is free. Breakfast is 20 Australian dollars per person. It is quite satisfactory. The only exception is that there is no washing machine or dryer. The hotel is not cleaned every day during your stay. , but shampoo, shower gel, etc. can be provided

The location was really great It was right in front of the museum, so transportation was so convenient and nice. The only downside was that the room was not cleaned properly. There was still food in the drawer, so I told the counter, but no action was taken.
