"We found the apartment was great!  The staff were very friendly and helpful. However being in our 70s and one of our us recovering from recent surgery we found the weather extremely hot and the walk to get to most places in that sun became more of an ordeal than a pleasure!"

"The apartment is new, the kitchen and other facilities are complete, there are coles nearby to buy things to cook for themselves. It ’s just that the 407 room we arranged is facing the railway. It ’s a bit noisy to open the balcony door. The door is soundproof when closed."

"We travelled with two children, after we entered the unit, there was an oily smell. And the carpet was dirty. I used a tissue to wipe it and it had black stains. So I put the carpet aside then cleaned the floor, the wet towel was all black. Every chair has debris on it and I just told my children not to lay on the floor and not to sit on the chairs. Moreover, there were stains on cutleries and on the oven. The cleanliness was HORRIBLE. When we were taking a shower, all the water just went out to all the floor in the bathroom."

"This apartment will be our go-to apartment for future trips to Brisbane. If you enjoy walking, this is the best place to stay. Walkable to almost everywhere that we needed to go. Mostly flat land so don't have to worry about the luggage. South Brisbane train station is less than 10mins walk away and the bus terminal at Cultural Centre is a lifesaver. We enjoyed the 50cents rides across the 3 transport systems...bus, trains and ferry. It only costs us 50cents for the 1hr 45mins train ride from South Brisbane to Surfers' Paradise station. Awesome!! And Queen Street Mall is only a bus stop away or for those who enjoy walking, it's just a 10-15mins walk over the South Brisbane Bridge. Checking in and out was a breeze with the help of all the friendly staff."

"On arrival nobody offered any assistance with our luggage. The doorman actually watched us and my 8yr old daughter no help offered and he watched us struggle without any assistance or care. Same situation on departure. A distinct lack of friendly service across the hotel."
